Pet of the Week – Murphy

Murphy is a 1 year old Labrador retriever mix with an exceptional fiery auburn coat and lots of puppy enthusiasm. He has been at GCAS since May of this year, but Murphy has not adapted well to kennel life. Living in a cage is slowly breaking him down and eroding his spirit.

Murphy’s cage is getting passed by potential adopters as he does not act himself. These families are not seeing this diamond in the rough. Once released from his pen and into the yard Murphy morphs into his true free spirited, affectionate self. He is desperate for a home, family, and a yard to roam.

Murphy does well with both dogs & cats and would be a great family pet.

Please visit GCAS, take Murphy out in the yard, and see if you don’t fall in love. Please save Murphy!
