Larry Clark Pierce: Obituary

Mr. Larry Clark Pierce age 66 of Ellijay, GA passed away Monday November 2, 2015.

Mr. Pierce was born May 7, 1949 in Gilmer County. He was a member of the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, worked for Imery Marble in Whitestone and a veteran serving in the US Air Force. He is preceded in death by his son, Jason Pierce; mother, Malonese Pierce; mother in-law and father in-law, Buford and Effie Weaver.

Survivors Include: wife, Carol Weaver Pierce, of the home; father, Al Pierce, of Ellijay, GA; son, Josh Pierce, of Ellijay, GA; brothers, Ricky Pierce and Calvin Pierce, both of Ellijay, GA.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday November 5th at 2pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Wayne Beal officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church with Military Rites by the North GA Honor Guard.

The family will receive friends Thursday November 5th from 10am until the service hour at 2pm.

In Lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Larry Pierce Memorial Fund at P.O. Box 466 Ellijay, GA 30540 In Memory of Mr. Pierce.

The family request no food be brought to the funeral home.
