Who Believes the Press?

CNN seems to be leading the charge against GOP presidential candidate Ben Carson, in an attempt to discredit him in the publics mind by labeling him as a prevaricator (liar) on his version of unsubstantiated events from forty-five years ago. “There’s no evidence but the seriousness of the charges requires further investigation”…Dan Rather on George W. Bush.

On the West Point issue. The Army is alway’s looking for potential, qualified leaders out of high school or college, to send to the USMA West Point, especially minorities. If a student say’s OK then passes thru the vetting process and is accepted to West Point, it’s an all expenses paid four year education and no scholarships even apply. Where did that come from? I believe in Dr. Carson’s mind, that a free (to the student) offer to attend West Point, was a scholarship. But the MSM won’t leave that alone and they will continue to hammer on points of minutiae until we all die of boredom. A pox on the MSM.

The Main Stream Media, led by CNN, and MSNBC, are so discredited by their own perfidy in reporting factual stories of meaningful events that, as evidenced by their rapidly declining viewership, no one can possibly believe anything they say anymore. If it wasn’t for the singular fact that CNBC’s debate included only Republicans, their viewership numbers there would have tanked as well. Regardless, the sneering attitudes of the CNBC commentators to the GOP debaters all but ruined their reputations anyway. So, who cares what the MSM say’s about a great personal achiever like Dr. Ben Carson? They’re scared to death of him and it shows.

Sadly, even Chris Wallace on FOX News Sunday today (08/11/15), lent credence to the MSM’s breathless assault on Ben Carson by even bringing the subject up with out even once mentioning the vast pool of lies and criminal conduct that can be laid at the feet of the former 1st Lady. There is no justice or fairness in the Liberal media and we all know it!

Who remembers Hillary’s Sniper in Tuzla, Bosnia lie? I was there working out of Tuzla and, when she arrived, combat had long ceased. Who doesn’t remember her lies about the video to explain the murders of a US Ambassador and three others in Benghazi? Who has forgotten her lies about the Rose Law Firm files found in her closet after she moved into the White House? Who has forgotten the $100,000. profit she earned on a cattle futures investment of a few dollars, or the White Water scandal? And, how about he mishandling of classified documents?

Hillary is pathological and by all means, the seriousness of the charges (against her) need to be fully examined in the cleansing sun light of public view, not passed off by the media as ‘that’s old news; we’ve already explained that, let’s move on, nothing to see here.’ Hillary never ceases to amaze me when applying the lessons that can only be learned from a dog: “no matter what life brings you, kick some grass over that crap and move on.”

One may ask if their viewership is so low how do networks like MSNBC, CNN, et. al, stay on air? Because as cable and satellite customers you (we) are paying for it. Ever wonder why you are offered, on a take it or leave it basis, bundled packages of programing you wouldn’t ever watch in your life time? The cable companies pay the programers a percentage of what they earn (from us of course) and that’s why we get what we get. Shockingly, ESPN is nearing a point of financial collapse for that very reason. Viewers are increasingly cancelling their cable and satellite service because of internet technologies that provide the same things, often on a pay per view basis. A lot cheaper than what we are paying for now, isn’t it? Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em! (8 Nov 2015)
