GILMER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

REQUEST FOR BID INTEREST RATE FOR TAX ANTICIPATION NOTE (TAN)

 

PROJECT OR SERVICE NAME:

 

• Interest rate for Tax Anticipation Note of up to $5,000,000.00 for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Each sealed bid envelope shall be submitted to the following address and marked “Bid Response – “ 2016 TAN”:

• Bids will be accepted until 3:00 pm. Monday, December 14, 2015.

 

Bidders are notified that detailed specifications may be available by contacting the Gilmer County Finance Office at (706) 515-2303.

 

Furthermore, Gilmer County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept complete or partial bids, and to accept partial bids from different bidders, all at the sole election of and determined to be in the best interest of the County by the Commissioners, and to waive any irregularities thereunder.
