GILMER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL INTEREST RATE FOR COUNTY CONTROLLED BANK DEPOSITS

PROJECT OR SERVICE NAME

• Banking services and Interest rate for County controlled bank deposits for the period beginning January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Proposals must be submitted on a “Banking Services Proposal Form” which can be obtained from the Gilmer County Commissioners Office.

• Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes or containers bearing The name and address of the proposer, and the words “Gilmer County, Banking Service Proposal”, on the outside of the container.   Proposals are to be delivered to:

• Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 14, 2015.

Proposers are notified that detailed specifications and the required Proposal Form are available by contacting the County Finance Office at (706) 515-2303.

Furthermore, Gilmer County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to accept complete or partial proposals, and to accept partial proposals from different proposers, all at the sole election of and determined to be in the best interest of the County by the Commissioners, and to waive any irregularities thereunder.
