Mr. Andrew Abernathy: Obituary

Mr. Andrew Abernathy age 21 of Ellijay, GA died Monday December 28, 2015.

Mr. Abernathy was born January 3, 1994 in Whitfield County. He was a small engine mechanic and a graduate of Gilmer High School Class of 2012.

Survivors Include: his fiancé, Kayla Weeks, of Ellijay, GA; sons, Nathaniel and Trenton Abernathy, of Ellijay, GA; father, David Abernathy, of Ellijay, GA; mother, Diane Lloyd Abernathy, of Ellijay, GA; sisters, Amanda Arreaga, of Ellijay, GA and Amy Waites, of Ellijay, GA; grandmother, Frances Hendrix, of Ellijay, GA; great grandmother, Martha Stanley, of Ellijay, GA; 2 nieces and 2 Nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday January 2nd at 11am from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Minister Butch Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the Flat Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday January 1st from 4pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
