Ridge is a one-year-old Lab. / Ridgeback mix at Gilmer County Animal Shelter.
The pain in Ridge’s eyes conveys loneliness and fear far exceeding his single year of existence. His coat tells the tale of many nights exposed to the elements. And his physique displays the results of many missed meals.
But Ridge’s tail still wags with the anticipation of daily meals, affection and family.
He has a lifetime to forget how cruel this world can be. He has a lifetime to help you remember how great life can be.
Ridge is waiting for you at:
