Authorities responded to an accident Wednesday, February 24th at approximately 1:15 pm on Hwy 52 in Gilmer county.
An overturned tractor trailer on Hwy. 52 East, just west of R&A Orchards Apple House shut traffic down for a while. No injuries reported. Lower Cartecay Road was used as an alternate route. No determination at this time as to the cause.
