The Gilmer Soccer Club picked up its first win in Athena play last Saturday, as the 14U Lady Cats triumphed 4-2 over the AFC Lightning, based out of Fayette County.
Naomi Coombs scored all four Gilmer goals, with Octavia Bushey assisting in three of the scoring shots.
