Ms. Lavonda Edna Holden Gravitt, age 54 of Ellijay, Georgia passed on Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at her residence.
Lavonda was born on December 7th, 1961 in Ellijay, GA to her late parents Johnny Cicero Holden and Reta Carlene West. She worked as a machine operator for Beaulieu Carpets and was of the Christian faith.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kori and Josh Hall of Cumming, GA; Grandchildren, Anslea Hall and Evan Hall; Sister and brother-in-law, Janet and Bob Baker of Norcross, GA; Brothers and sisters-in-law, Tom and Rhonda Pendley of Marietta, GA, Tim Pendley of Augusta, GA and James and Jennifer Pendley of Graniteville, SC; Aunts, Uncle and in-laws, Renda West Richards of Ellijay, GA, Regina and Ricky Dockery of Dahlonega, GA, and Randall and Martha West of Ellijay, GA.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, May 1st, 2016 at the Logan Funeral Home Pavilion with Rev. Michael Smith officiating. Interment will take place at a later date in the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery.
