Mrs. Daisy Marie Lowman Greer, age 64, of Ellijay, died Wednesday May 11, 2016.
Mrs. Greer was born April 7, 1952 in Gilmer County the daughter of the late Wayne and Mildred Chastain Lowman. She was a homemaker, seamstress and member of the Macedonia Baptist Church. Her husband Donald Greer preceded her in death.
She is survived by: sons and daughter-in-law: Rusty and Joyce Greer, Ronnie Greer and Ricky Greer, all of Ellijay, grandchildren; Justin, Anna and Tommy Greer, 2 great-grandchildren, brothers; Randy and Mary Chastain, Dawsonville, Donnie and Naomi Lowman, Mt. Grove, Missouri, sisters and brothers-in-law; Holly and Terry Phillips, Hoschton, Sherry and Michael Dunn, Dawsonville, Louise Lee, Ellijay, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00pm from the Macedonia Baptist Church with Rev. Russell Burt, Rev. Larry Waddell and Rev. Cecil Townley officiating. Interment will be in the East New Hope Baptist Church cemetery.
The family will meet with friends Thursday from 4 until 8 pm at the funeral home.
