Mr. Leonard Huey age 74 of Ellijay died Wednesday June 1 2016.
Mr. Huey was born September 16, 1941 in Cullcoka, TN the son of the late Robert Dale and Aletha Karnile Huey. He worked in the garment industry, served in the U.S. Navy and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include: wife: Phyllis Adkins Huey, brothers: Nelson Huey, Columbia TN, Roy Huey, Nashville, TN., other relatives and friends survive.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Dotson officiating. Interment will be in the Yukon cemetery with rites by the North Georgia Honor Guard.
The family will meet with friends Thursday from 6 until 9pm at the funeral home.
