Mr. Donnie “Jake” Jaco: Obituary

Mr. Donnie “Jake” Jaco age 63 of Ellijay, GA died December 22, 2016.

Mr. Jaco was born October 28, 1953 in Rockford, Illinois to the late Hannon and Mamie Easter Smith Jaco. He was a tile setter and a brick mason. Mr. Jaco loved to fish and will be remembered for his amazing sense of humor.

Survivors Include: wife, Glenda Fendley Jaco, of the home; daughter, Nicki Turner, of Ellijay, GA; sisters, Pat Garrett and Linda Smith, both of Blairsville, GA; brothers and sisters in-law, Ray and Brenda Hinkle, of Social Circle, GA and Huey and Sue Coleman, of Atlanta, GA; two nephews, Randy (Beth) Garrett, of Ellijay, GA and Michael (Angie) Jaco, of Brasstown, NC; two nieces, Sharon Garrett Ledford, of Blairsville, GA and Karen (Kenny) Hurley, of Springfield, Missouri; several great nieces, great nephews and a host of friends also survive.

Private Services will be at the funeral home.

In Lieu of flowers the family request donation be made to the Jaco Memorial Fund at P.O. Box 466 Ellijay, GA 30540 to help with funeral expenses.
