Mrs. Debra Ann Hendrix, age 61, of Chatsworth, died Friday, January 20, 2017.
Mrs. Hendrix was born September 7, 1955, in Gadsden, Al. She was a member of the Harvest Missionary Church.
Survivors include: husband: Bill Smitherman, son: Clay Vick, Ellijay, daughter: Debra Denise Crigger, Pigeon Forge, mother; Mary Coats, Ellijay, brother; Norman Chastain, Ellijay, sister; Cheryl Chastain, Ellijay, step-brothers and sisters; Danny Chastain ,Chatsworth, Donald Chastain, Kathy Chastain, Norma Lowery, all of Ellijay, Phyllis Clay, Dahlonega, 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00pm from the Harvest Missionary Church with Rev. Glenn Arnold and Rev. Pat Shelton officiating. Interment will be in the Yukon cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 4pm until 9pm at the funeral home.
