Mr. Boyd Osborn Anderson age 93 of Boca Raton, FL passed on Saturday evening, February 4th, 2017 in Boca Raton, FL.
Mr. Anderson was born April 15th, 1923 in Darlington, SC to his late parents, Ed H. Anderson and Fannie Modina Anderson. He was a member of the Cartecay Baptist Church. Boyd retired from Eastern Airlines where he worked as an Airplane Mechanic. He is preceded in death by his Wife, Mary Louise Anderson, Son, Keith B. Anderson, Daughter and Son-in-law, Linda and Leonard Liles.
He is survived by son: Kevin Lee Anderson of Boca Raton, FL; Grandchildren, Lance Liles, Lonnie Liles, Leisha Liles, Christina Anderson, Melissa Anderson, Kevin Anderson, Nicholas Anderson and Tiffany Anderson; Great Grandchildren, Grayson Liles, Maura Liles, Reagan Liles and Madeline Anderson; Brother-in-law, James B. Smith of Boone, NC.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 12th, 2017 from the Cartecay Baptist Church with Rev. John Bramlett officiating. Music will be provided by the Church Choir. Interment will follow at the Flint Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2:00pm-7:00pm on Saturday, February 11th, 2017 at Logan Funeral Home and Chapel.
