Loving, caring, and happy animals at Homeward Bound make the perfect human companions.

Homeward bound, located in Blue Ridge, gives strays an opportunity for a better setting and allows them to live a healthier, safe, and happier life than on the street in abusive or neglectful situations.

Caretakers of the rescued animals not only provide them the necessities, but love and cheer as well.   The rescue center caregivers have saved pets from the road, restaurant dumpsters, and parking lots. They volunteer their time to protect these harmless and vulnerable pets who have gone through bad situations in an effort to place them in a loving one instead.

Cats and dogs at Homeward Bound are available for adoption or foster for adoption. These affectionate animals need homes and families. They need to be loved unconditionally so that they can love you back in the same way.

Homeward Bound has an open house one Sunday out of every month, the perfect day to meet the cats and dogs available for adoption or foster care.
