Mrs. Deborah Carol Farist: Obituary

Mrs. Deborah Carol Farist age 64 of Ellijay, GA died Wednesday June 14, 2017.

Mrs. Farist was born October 14, 1952 in Fulton County to the late Belvie Clark and Mary Elizabeth Cook Pace. She was a Headland High School graduate and a member of the Dogwood Hills Baptist Church.

Survivors Include: her husband, Bruce Farist, of the home; son, Jason Groover, of Atlanta, GA; brother, Ronald Pace, of Fayetteville; 2 grandchildren, Lauren Groover and Riley Clark Groover; mother in-law, Carrie Farist, of Ellijay, GA; sisters in-law and caregivers, Valerie, Dawn and Joy Farist.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday June 17^th at 2pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with  Rev. Billy Dotson officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday June 16^th from 5pm until 9pm at the funeral home.
The family has requested that no food be brought to the funeral home.
