This time of year the weather is HOT in Georgia! But never fear here in the North Georgia mountains our rivers are full and there are tons of fun to be had in the waters of North Ga. You can swim, tube, canoe, or kayak. Speaking of swimming – Gilmer County City Pool and Park N Rec is hosting this years 5th District Swim Meet on June 24th. Lots of live music at various places throughout the county, Garden Club’s flower show, the Farmers Market, and the Gilmer County Rodeo!
