Mr. Wayne Eugene Singleton: Obituary

Wayne Eugene Singleton, age 61, of Ellijay died Monday September 11, 2017.

Mr. Singleton was born March 10, 1956, in Avon, IL, the son of the late Earl and Delores Quinn Singleton. He was a college graduate, worked in the transportation industry and was a member of the Faith Chapel Church of God of Prophecy. His parents and daughter Amy Singleton preceded him in death.

Survivors include: wife; Letisha Singleton, children; Denise Singleton, Galesburg, IL, Donna Baker, Tunnel Hill, Elizabeth Baker, Denver, CO, James Baker, JR, Denver, CO, 10 grandchildren, brothers; Cleo Singleton, and Leroy Singleton, Galesburg ,IL, sister; Vickie Joyner, Galesburg, IL., mother-in-law, Betty Allred, Ellijay. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00am from the chapel of the Bernhardt Funeral Home with Pastor Dottie Williams officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Faith Chapel Church of God of Prophecy 5451 Big Creek Rd. Ellijay, GA, 30536.

The family will meet with friends Friday from 9:00am until the funeral hour of 11:00am at the funeral home.
