Mr. James B. “Jim” Reagan, age 85 of Ellijay died Friday December 8, 2017.
Mr. Reagan was born September 13, 1932, in Lexington, KY the son of the late James E. and Stevia A. Lucas Reagan. He retired as a Staff Sgt. with the US Air Force and operated the Wagon Wheel and the Country Place Restaurants for many years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Jamie Carol Wright and brother; Gerald Thomas Reagan.
Survivors include; wife: Carolyn Brown Reagan, son and daughter-in-law: James and Joy Reagan, Soddy Daisy, TN, daughters and sons in law: Joanie and Marvin Whittemore, Ellijay, Jena and Ronnie Shaver, Ringgold, Julie and Wayne Teem, Ooltewah, TN, sisters and brother-in-law’s, Mary Ann and Bud Litton, Florence, SC, Sandra and Bruce Silk, Ellijay, Faye Reagan, Rossville, 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held Saturday December 16, 2017 at 2:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. David Rayburn, Sr. officiating. Inurnment will be in the Yukon cemetery.
The family will meet with friends Saturday from 1 until 2:00pm at the funeral home.
