Patsy E. Moore: Obituary

Mrs. Patsy E. Moore, age 67, of Adairsville, died Sunday April 29, 2018.

Mrs. Moore, was born February 10, 1951, in Gilmer County, the daughter of the late Charlie Lee and Ruby Estelle Richards Ponder. She worked in retail and was a member of the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. Her parents, and siblings Sue Johnson, “Cricket” Milton, Gary Ponder, preceded her in death.

Survivors include: children; Shane Barton, Canton, Barbara Grizzle, Ellijay, Lynn Fritz, Link, LA, Hattie Fritz, Adairsville, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, brothers, Bobby Ponder and Glen Ponder both of Ellijay, sisters; Judy Mann, Jasper, Maxine Little, Ellijay and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 4:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Wallace Parks, Rev. Johnny Grizzle and Bro. Bobby Ponder officiating. Interment will be in the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church cemetery.

The family will meet with friends Monday from 4 until 8pm at the funeral home. Flowers are accepted and the family especially request all potted plants.
