Mr. Richard Glenn McClure, age 28 of Ellijay, GA passed on Saturday evening, May 5th, 2018 from injuries sustained from an automobile accident.
Mr. McClure was born May 22nd, 1989 in Gwinnett County to his father, Floyd Arrie McClure and mother, Tina Tuck Bowen. He also worked for MasTec as a lineman.
He is survived by his wife; Ashley Peterson of Ellijay, GA; father Floyd Arrie McClure and mother Tina Tuck Bowen of Ellijay, GA; daughters, Kailyn, Sadie, and Gracie McClure; sisters, Keri and Brittany Bowen of Ellijay, GA; grandparents, Marvin and Fannie Samples of Ellijay, GA.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 10th, 2018 from the Logan Funeral Home Pavilion with Rev. Alan Swafford and Mr. Brad Bopp officiating and speaking.
The family will receive friends from 4:00pm until 8:00pm on Wednesday, May 9th, 2018 at the Logan Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Richard G. McClure memorial fund for his children, Kailyn, Sadie, and Gracie McClure at the United Community Bank in Ellijay, GA.
