Mary Ruth (Peg) Singer

Mrs. Mary Ruth (Peg) Singer, age 85, Blue Ridge, formally of Greenville, SC, died peacefully, November 7, 2018.

Mrs. Singer was born November 25, 1932, in Anderson County, SC the daughter of the late Frank and Sally Poore Cummings. She was retired from Bellsouth where she worked as a traffic manager and was a member of the St. Francis Asbury Methodist church. Her parents and siblings Sara Lull, Rudolph Cummings and Jimmy Cummings preceded her in death.

Survivors include: daughter; Vikki Brown, Ellijay, sister: Becky Evans, Honea Path, SC formally of Greenville , niece Dawn Cox.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 2:00pm from the St. Francis Asbury Methodist church, 1800 East North St., Greenville, SC. with Rev. Peggy Garland officiating.

The family will meet with friends Thursday from 1:30until the service hour at the church.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.org. in memory of Mrs. Singer.
