Mr. James Ash, age 77, of Hazlehurst, formerly of East Ellijay, died Friday April 12,2019,
Mr. Ash was born in Blue Ridge , the son of the late Thurlo and Gladys Davenport Ash He was the retired owner of Ash Enterprise and a member of the Liberty Community Church in Hazlehuest.
Survivors include: wife; Norma Ash, step-son- Ernie Knight, Hazlehurst, son and daughter-in-law: Wendall and Christie Ash, Ellijay,daughter and son-in-law; Anna Marie and Edgar Islas, Gastonia NC, sister: Carolyn Pankey, Ellijay, 4 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
Memorial services will be held Monday April 15,2019, at the Liberty Community Church in Hazlehurst, with Rev. Virginia Herrington officiating.
