Mrs. Hazel Mae Thackston, age 79, of Ellijay, died Monday, July 1,2019.
Mrs. Thackston was born December 9,1939, in Alpharetta. GA the daughter of the late Clyde Dean and Fannie Mae Cagle Thackston. She worked as a restaurant manager for many years and was a member of Peaceful Valley Baptist Church.
Survivors include: sons: Dennis and Donna Fouts, Newnan, Joe and Tracy Woodall, Jr. Ellijay, daughters; Debbie and Jeff Franklin, Mabelton, Barbara Lynn and Leon Ray, Ellijay, 9 grandchildren 19 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Sunday July 7,2019 beginning at 12 noon at the home on 107 Appian Way, Ellijay,Ga.
