Ms. Maria Montgomery, age 92 of Ellijay, GA passed on Tuesday July 30, 2019 at the Parkside Nursing Home in Ellijay. She was born May 1, 1927 to her late parents, Manoel and Bethezabeth deMiranda Santos in Petropolis, Brazil. Maria began her career in sales and retired as an executive for the Sears and Roebuck company.
Ms. Montgomery is survived by her children and in-laws, Tania Mark of Pittsburg, PA, Marian & Timothy Bowser of Soldotna, AK, Terry & Mike Palmeri of Ellijay, GA, Linda & Dave Miller of Lakeland, FL, Bruce Montgomery of MD and Hilton Montgomery of Miami, FL, Fourteen Grandchildren, Several great grandchildren also survive.
