Jean Leonard Waddey: Obituary

Jean Leonard Waddey, age 102, died Monday, November 11, 2019 in Blue Ridge, Georgia.

Mrs. Waddey was born January 29, 1917, in Petersburg, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Cyril Alvin Leonard and Lillian Mae Leonard Beard.  She was a resident of Shelbyville, Tennessee for over seventy years and a member of the Horse Mountain Church of Christ. Her parents, her husband of 52 years, Joe W. Waddey, and brothers Howard, Frank, and Winford Leonard preceded her in death. Jean had lived in Ellijay, Georgia for the last nine years.

She is survived by her daughter, Joanne Waddey and son-in-law, David Teffeteller of Ellijay,Georgia.
