Mrs. Lottie Mitchell, has been officially inaugurated as the President of the Georgia Association of Curriculum and Instructional Supervisors

PRESS RELEASE- The Gilmer County School System is proud to announce that Assistant Superintendent, Mrs. Lottie Mitchell, has been officially inaugurated as the President of the Georgia Association of Curriculum and Instructional Supervisors (GACIS). Mrs. Mitchell has served the students of Gilmer County for the majority of her career. She is a former classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal of Mountain View Elementary and district director. Mrs. Mitchell has been a leader of the education profession serving on multiple state level boards, committees and as a Georgia Education Policy Fellow. Congratulations to Mrs. Mitchell and thank you for all of your efforts. #allbobcatsdoiswin
