1. Action on Resolution #11-069, Adopting Final Reader Ordinance amending an act creating The Board of Commissioners of Gilmer County, so as to change the provision related to the purchasing of goods and services and competitive bids requirement. (JC)

2. Action on Resolution #11-070, Adopting the Updated Short Term Work Program and Capital Improvements Element for Gilmer County and the Cities of Ellijay and East Ellijay. (JC)

3. Action on Resolution #11-071, Consideration of a stream buffer variance in the Ellijay Watershed District. Ted J. Logan, Parcel #3079A-016. (JC/BJ)
