The Gilmer Bobcats wrestling team took part in the 18th annual Panther Invitational at Jackson County, finishing second out of 20 teams, with 152 points. Jefferson placed first with 236.50 points.The Bobcats had three place winners. Cameron Perry placed first in the 113lb weight class, going 4-0 on the day, Joey Ray placed first in the 170lb weight class, while also going 4-0, and Ben DeLoach placed fourth in the 195lb weight class, going 3-2 on the day.
