According to an incident report from the East Ellijay Police Department on April 25th, Nathan Davenport Newton was arrested for eavesdropping, surveilance, disorderly conduct and peeping tom charges at the Pacific Blue Tanning Salon on Maddox Dr., East Ellijay.
