Billie Edward Jones, age 83, of the Clear Creek Community, Ellijay, GA, passed from this life on Thursday evening, October 19th, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 21st from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Edmund Miller and Rev. Larry Stover officiating. Followed by interment at Dovers Chapel Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Lois Jones of the home in Ellijay, daughter, Betsey Jones Hightower of Ellijay, step-son Joey D. Teem of Ellijay.

Visitation hours will be from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. Saturday evening, October 20th at the Logan Funeral Home and Chapel. Donations can be made to your local charity or to a needy person of your choice. Logan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
