Mrs. Monique Marie Moore age 84 of Hospital Circle, Ellijay, GA died Sunday August 4, 2013.Mrs. Moore was born April 15, 1929 in Nancy, France to the late Roger and Maria Revost. She was secretary for a Doctors office in France and a member of the Catholic Church in Nancy, France. Mrs. Moore is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Moore and brother, Fernand Revost.

Survivors Include: Son: Roger Moore, Ellijay; Daughters and Sons in-law: Susan & Chuck Prater, Ellijay, Nancy & Lynn Chumbler, Eagle River, AK; Twin Sister: Suzanne Revost, France; 2 Grandchildren: Jeremy Adams and Evan Chumbler.

Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday August 6th at 2pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Father Carlos Vargas officiating.

Interment will follow in the Yukon Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday August 5th from 5pm until 9pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
