Gilmer County Nursing Home Residences had a special treat on Monday Sept. 16. Joseph Scigliano held an art show for everyone to see. There were multiple types of work to look at. Residents were treated with refreshments and a chance to talk with the artist over his workScigliano did not go to school for art. He said that it was all just nature talent. Most of the artwork displayed at the GCNH was work that he did in his teens.
