Mr. Louie Lambert age 69 of Scrouge Town Rd. Ellijay, GA died Wednesday January 22, 2014. Mr. Lambert was born November 13, 1944 in Gilmer County to the late James Arvil “Buster” Lambert and Jewell Cantrell Lambert. He was US Army Veteran and a member of the River Hill Baptist Church. Mr. Lambert is preceded in death by his parents and brother Ernest Lambert.

Survivors Include Wife; Barbara Lambert of the home, Sons; Brian Lambert and Michael Lambert both of Ellijay, Brothers; James Lambert and Ermel Lambert both of Ellijay, Sisters; Glenda Cantrell and Dorothy Garland both of Ellijay, 7 Grandchildren; Cole, Bailey, Sara, Wyatt, Madeline, Mary and Ty Lambert, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held Friday January 24th at 2pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Wallace Parks officiating.

Interment will follow in the Yukon Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday January 23rd from 4pm until 8pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
