Harrell Mike Haney, age 72 of Ellijay, Georgia died on Sunday, March 16, 2014, at the Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, Georgia. Born Wednesday, January 7, 1942 to his late parents Harrell E. and Mildred Maloney Haney. He was a honorably discharged U.S. Air Force Veteran serving his country with four years of service. Mr. Haney retired as a CPA after 41 years in both the private and corporate sector.

Mr. Haney is survived by his wife of 32 years, Rosie Haney, two sons Will and Matt and their wonderful spouses Beth and Shea. He was also blessed with four grandchildren and his mother-in-law, Ruth Pfeiffer was his love.

A celebration of life is being planned and will be announced at a later date.
