Jim O’Connor, Board of Directors of the Gilmer Saddle Club, presents a donation to Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office Explorer Post 442. GCSO Explorers volunteered alongside Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office deputies for security during the rodeo on Sept. 27-28, 2014.
