Lynn Ann Mullen James, age 71 passed from this life on Thursday May 7th, 2015. She was a member of East Ellijay Baptist Church, born March 8th, 1944 to her late parents, E. Ross and Josephine Mullen in Philadelphia, PA. Mrs. James was the Vice President of the Grainger County Humane Society, and enjoyed funny hats and socks. She was a 1974 graduate of East Carolina University, earning her BS in History. She had a long career in the banking and finance industry and retired with J.P. Morgan Chase &Co.

Survivors include husband of 22 years, Don James of the home in Ellijay; daughter and son-in-law Susan and Steven Pollak of Weston, Florida; sons and daughter-in-law David and Meg Eaton of Tampa, Florida, Michael and Melissa James of Alexandria, Virginia, Erik and Jen James of Boston, Massachusetts; Grandchildren, Jeremy, Zachary and Taylor Pollak, Hannah and Dominik Barone, Chloe, Chyanne and Emily Eaton, Maya, Owen, Eliza and Naomi James, brothers and sister-in-law Russell Mullen of Georgia, and George and Lane Flavell of Sarasota, Florida, loving pets, Babe, Belle, Lady Jane, Windy and Kiki the Cat.
