Mrs. Lois ‘’Rabbit” Armstrong, age 83, passed on Wednesday June 3rd, 2015 at her residence in Ellijay, Georgia. Born December 21, 1931 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to her late parents John and Myrth Myers Gregory. She was a member of the Hope Lutheran Church of Ellijay, and of the Coosawattee Shrine Club Lady’s Auxiliary.

Lois is survived by her husband, Bobbie V. Armstrong, of the home in Ellijay, Ga., daughters and son-in-law, Anita Settles of Blue Ridge, Ga, Linda and Bo Banks of Cherry Log, Ga ; sons, Michael Christian of Logan, Utah and Brian Armstrong of Savannah, GA; grandchildren and in-law, Dianna and Witt Wisebram, Kristiann Settles, Nancy Espinosa, Linda Anne Christian, Haley Davis and Josh Golden; brother and sister-in-law Jimmy and Tina Gregory of San Juan Capistrano, California also survive.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, June 7th, 2015 at the Hope Lutheran Church with Pastor David Smedley officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Hope Lutheran Church Columbarium.

Family will receive friends from 3pm until 4pm on Sunday June 7th, 2015 Hope Lutheran Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hope Lutheran Church, 3295 Old Hwy 5 South Ellijay, Ga 30540 in memory of Mrs. Lois Armstrong.
