Robert “Bob” Easley, age 73, of Ellijay, died Saturday June 27, 2015. Mr. Easley was born October 21, 1941 in Gilmer County the son of the late Ray and Myrtle Tilley Easley. He was a graduate of Gilmer High School, attended college and begin his career as an X-Ray technician and last worked at Murray Medical Center. He was a member of the Ellijay Seventh-Day-Adventist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife Dora Harness Easley in 2012.

Survivors include: daughters and sons-in-law; Mickie and Don Schneider, Gina and Donnie Teague both of Ellijay 11 grandchildren 10 great-grandchildren, brother: Vernon Easley, Dalton, sister; Frances Vick, Ellijay, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 4:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Elder Jeffery Skaggs officiating. Interment will be in the Sunlight Baptist Church cemetery.

The family will meet with friends Monday from 5 until 9pm at the funeral home.
