Mrs. Addie E. Wheeler age 78 of Ellijay died Thursday April 14, 2016.

Mrs. Wheeler was born July 29,1937 in Gilmer County the daughter of the late Marion and Annie Weaver Millsaps. She worked for Goldkist and was a member of the Gethsemane Baptist Church in Dalton.

He husband Rev. D.W. Wheeler preceded her in death.

Survivors include: Children; Ricky and Noel Wheeler, Mickey and Donna Wheeler ,Vicky and David Tipton all of Ellijay, brother: William Millsaps, Chatsworth, Sister: Roxie Chastain, Chatsworth 7 grandchildren, Bobby ,Robby and Charlie Wheeler, Russell Tipton, Matthew Wheeler, Jason Wheeler and Vicky Nelson, 7 great-grandchildren, Riley, Isaac and Jasmine Wheeler, Jake and Luke Nelson, Zackary and Sean Plumley.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 4:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Mike DeFoor and Rev. Tim Chastain officiating. Interment will be in the Yukon cemetery.

The family will meet with friends Friday from 4 until 9pm at the funeral home.
