Mrs. Louella Pierce Brasfield,  age 63 of Ellijay, died Thursday January 19, 2017.

Mrs. Brasfield was born in Gordon County, GA on September 26, 1953 to the late Frank & Lucille Ponders Pierce.

Survivors include daughters; Darlene Clark of Ellijay and  Tammie Brasfield of Birmingham, AL, Brothers; Waldo Pierce of Ellijay, Wallace Pierce of Ellijay and Roger Pierce of Ellijay, Sisters; Mary Lou Brewer of Chatsworth, Lulabell Hughes of Ellijay and Minnie Lou Key of Ellijay, Grandchildren; Justin Payne and Maddy Clark.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday January 21, 2017 at 3:00pm from the Bernhardt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wallace Parks and Rev. Earl Abernathy officiating. Interment will follow in the Berean Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Saturday January 21, 2017 from 10:00am until 3:00pm
