Mrs. Ruby Lee Welch Farist Ingle age 81, of the Ray Mountain Community, Ellijay, GA passed from this life on Tuesday morning, September 6th, 2011, from her residence.She was a member of East Ellijay Baptist Church, born on December 14, 1929 to her late parents Luther Issac and Zelma Clayton Welch in Ellijay and was employed with Gold Kist as a government poultry inspector. Mrs. Ingle is preceded in death by her first husband Grady Farist, grandson Brandon Alred, sister Frankie Hicks, brothers Grady and Albert Welch.

Survivors include husband Rev. Leon Ingle of the home in Ellijay; daughters: Wanda Farist Hagin and Gail Farist Golden, both of Ellijay; step-daughters: Hilda Carnes of Waynesboro, GA, Sharon Port of Ellijay; grandsons: Brett Alred and Billy Newton; great grandchildren: Chris, Sarah, Kayla, Brandalyn, Lukas Alred and Kimberly Newton.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 8th, 2011 from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Steve Fields officiating. Interment will follow in the East Ellijay Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Christopher Alred, Brent Alred, Larry Welch, Darrell Welch, Billy Newton, Jeff Welch, Larry Farist, Rick Collins, James Stevenson and Bob Schneider.

The family will receive friends starting at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 7th, 2011 at the Logan Funeral Home and Chapel.
