Anita Mullins Announces Re-election to Probate Judgeship

Gilmer County Probate Judge Anita Mullins has announced she is seeking re-election to her post as Gilmer County Probate Judge.Mullins feels honored to be currently serving as your probate judge. The probate court has many areas of responsibility. Her office probates wills, does administrations, years support and many types of guardianships. The office also handles traffic citations, marriage licenses, firearm permits, birth and death certificates and many other miscellaneous duties.

The candidate states

“As probate judge I am also your election superintendent. I have been committed to serving you for almost 19 years and my passion and commitment to you will not change. I have the daily working experience to assist you in all aspects of probate court and each case gets my special attention”.

Mullins added

“While some cases can be handled immediately, others require more time due to state law requirements. I spend many hours studying so I can provide you the most current information and I assure you all services will be handles in a courteous but professional manner”.

Mullins concluded her announcement stating

“If you have questions or concerns, do not hesitate to call or come by. I am on call 24 hours a day for any emergency services and remember my door is always open to everyone.”
