Mrs. Wanda Farist Hagin age 59 of Ellijay, GA died Wednesday December 4, 2013.Mrs. Hagin was born July 26, 1954 in Gilmer Co. to the late Grady and Ruby Welch Farist. She worked for Gilmer County Community Actions and was a member of the East Ellijay Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by son, Brandon Alred.

Survivors Include Son Brent Alred, Calhoun; Sister Gail Golden, Ellijay; 5 Grandchildren Christopher, Sarah, Kayla, Brandolyn and Lukas Alred; Nephew B.J. Newton; Great Niece Kimberly Newton.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday December 7th at 11am from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Arnold officiating. Interment will follow in the East Ellijay Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday December 6th from 4pm until 9pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
