Mr. Larry S. Silvers, age 69, of Wagon Wheel Ln, Ellijay, died Monday July 7, 2014.Mr. Slivers was born March 4, 1945 in Murray County the son of the late Charles and Lenora Watts Silvers. He worked for the Corp of Engineers and was of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Cheryl Silvers, sister: Cathy Coy and grandson: Thomas DeFoor.

Survivors include: wife; Ellousie Richards Silvers, daughters and son –in-law: Sharon and Ben Parson, Crandall, Holly and Scott Kuhn, Chatsworth, Karin and Junior Shook, Ellijay, son: John Anthony Starks, Ellijay. Grandchildren: Hannah Parson, Benjamin Parson, Hayleigh Kuhn, Tucker Kuhn, Virginia Atkins, Katrina Brooks, Johnny Lee Starks, Dillon Starks, Donnie Lee Mooney, Rocky Starks, A.J. Starks. Brothers Gary Silvers, Ellijay Charles Silvers, Gastonia, NC, sister: Charlotte Mickley, Ellijay, special friends, Shelia Bible, Rita Fay Richards, Bill and Josephine Wright and Greg Shelton.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 4:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. William Silvers and Rev. Ben Parson officiating. Interment will be in the Yukon cemetery.

The family will meet with friends Wednesday July 9, 2014 from 3 until 9pm at the funeral home. Bernhardt Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
