Ms. Dorothy Ann Brown Powell, age 65 of Brunswick, Georgia, formerly of Ellijay, GA and Copperhill, TN passed on Friday, November 28th, 2014.
She was born October 10th, 1949 in Hearne, TX, the daughter of the late Thomas Watson Brown and the late Sarah Nadine Voelkle Brown. Ms. Powell was of the Baptist faith and worked as a grocery clerk. She is preceded in death by her husband, Odell Powell.

Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Melissa Ann Stone of Keller, TX, and Kelly Renee Kirk of Moss Point, MS; son, Troy Lynn Becker of Tyler, TX; 4 grandchildren; brother, Jim Brown of Oklahoma City, OK also survives.
