News Release from the Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office:SHERIFF NICHOLSON RELEASES THE FOLLOWING INFO:
On March 4, 2015, Drug Task Force Agents, along with Gilmer County Deputies and State Probation Officers, conducted an investigation at 120 South Point Court, Apartment #2, Ellijay, Georgia.

Agents had received information on Joseph Pham for the last couple of months. The information received was that Pham was involved in the distribution of methamphetamine. Agents located where Pham was living and went to the South Point Court Apartment to conduct an investigation. During the investigation, enough probable cause was gathered for the issuance of a search warrant. During the execution of the warrant, approximately 59 grams of methamphetamine, 34 grams of marijuana, 223 Oxycodone pills, 12 suspected MDMA pills, and one firearm were seized. Agents also seized over $9,000 in cash and a vehicle.

Joseph Pham was arrested and charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana with Intent, Possession of a Schedule II substance with Intent, and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony. Molly McGill was also arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony. Daniel McGill was arrested by state probation for violating his terms of probation.
