Mrs. Evelyn Hopkins Myers age 74 of White Path Way Ellijay died Friday December 24, 2010.Mrs. Myers was born on November 7, 1936 in Cumming, GA. She is the daughter of the late Grady Hopkins, Sr. and Avey Sweatman Hopkins. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Cumming, GA. Her sisters Barbra Evans, Louise Denny and Katy Sanders precedes her in death.

Survivors include: Husband: Danny Myers of the home; Sons & daughters-in-law: Michael Myers, Ellijay, David & Pam Myers, Dawsonville, Patrick & Denise Myers, Canton, Douglas Myers, Jasper; Daughter & son-in-law: Glenda & Don Fergurson, Dawsonville; Brothers: Robert Hopkins, Dawsonville, Grady Hopkins, Jr., Ellijay, Marcus Hopkins, Cumming, Lamar & James Hopkins both of Winder, GA; Sisters: Martha Barnes, St. Cloud, FL, Karen Metcafe & Emma Seabolt both of Winder, GA; 10 Grandchildren 6 Great grandchildren 2 Step-grandchildren 6 Step great grandchildren

Funeral services will be held Tuesday December 28, 2010 at 2pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Gober and Rev. Tony Roughton officiating. Interment will be held in the Yukon Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Monday December 27th from 1pm until 8pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
