Ellijay Marketplace enjoyed a beautiful sunny day for its soft opening on Saturday, April 2nd. Fetchyournews.com strolled through the vendors and caught a glimpse of how the new market was set up. Stretched out in the sunshine were large tables filled with vendors’ items and the food vendors offered a wide selection for folks to choose.

We watched as a string of cars came in and customers checked out the new Flea Market located on River Street (old Plymart location). The local market estimated it had over 1,000 visitors that came to browse and Saturday was only the beginning!
The Flea Market will host Arts & Crafts, a Farmer’s Market, an Outdoor Adventure Park, Music, fun in the water, plus much more. Ellijay Marketplace wants to invite everyone to come and take advantage of specials and Grand Opening prizes that will be raffled Saturdays and Sundays in April.
